Come learn some of what Matt soaked in as he attended the ultra-exclusive Bouilland Symposium taught by wine luminaries Clive Coates, (Master of Wine) and Becky Wasserman.  If you ever wanted to pick Matt’s brain about the best picks – now is your chance.  It will one of our premiere wine events, since it will concentrate as much on the business behind fine wines as it does on the wines that are tasted.  Matt ate and drank his way from Burgundy back to Champagne, and he’ll be bringing back tons of notes and pictures. With a menu paired to the wines, Chef Steven Brand helps to recreate some of the magic of France in our very own Soirée dining room.
